At Jewellery & Handbag Deals, we’re delighted to offer shipping to over 150 countries worldwide. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we handle every order with care and speed, straight from our Melbourne fulfilment centre.

Processing & Handling

Orders placed before 2 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same day. Weekend and public-holiday orders go out on the next business day. Each item is carefully inspected and wrapped in protective packaging to arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options & Estimated Times

• International Standard Delivery – flat rate $15 AUD, 10–15 business days

• International Express Delivery – flat rate $35 AUD, 5–8 business days

• DHL Express Worldwide – rates calculated at checkout, 3–5 business days

Orders over $300 AUD qualify for free International Standard Delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Your shipment may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties or taxes levied by your country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Tracking & Support

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Visit the Australia Post or DHL website to follow your parcel’s journey. If you don’t see your tracking email within two business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays & Lost Parcels

In the rare event of a delay or lost shipment, get in touch within 30 days of dispatch. We’ll liaise with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement. Our 30-day money-back promise covers worldwide orders too.
