Returns Policy
At Jewellery & Handbag Deals we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
• Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or packing slip) is required
• Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance are not eligible for return
How to Return
• Email support@jewelleryhandbagdeals.com.au with your order number and reason for return
• We’ll send you a prepaid returns label (metro addresses) or instructions for regional and international returns
• Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop them at your nearest Australia Post outlet
Refunds & Exchanges
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within five business days
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued
• If you prefer an exchange or store credit, please let us know in your return request
Return Shipping Costs
• Returns due to change of mind are free for metro areas; for regional, remote or overseas returns a small shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund unless you request to cover it yourself
• Faulty or incorrect items are returned at no cost to you
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free return, then send a replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked.
