Pricing and Payment

Prices shown include GST but exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in Australian dollars before dispatch. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.

Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch most orders within one business day via Australia Post or DHL, depending on your selection. Delivery estimates are a guide only; delays caused by carriers or force majeure events are beyond our control. Risk in Products passes to you once they leave our warehouse, so please ensure your delivery address is correct.

Returns and Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to change-of-mind returns. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email support@jewelleryhandbagdeals.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return labels for metro addresses are prepaid; for regional or international returns a small fee applies. Faulty or damaged items are covered under Australian Consumer Law—contact us immediately for a free return and replacement or refund.
